Bliss Lifestyle does not ship outside of the United States.

Standard shipping is provided through USPS, UPS, or FedEx. All orders are charged an $8 flat rate shipping fee. Please allow 2-3 business days for order processing and an additional 3-5 days for receipt of your shipment. Please ensure all shipping information is correct prior to placing your order. Bliss Lifestyle does not take responsibility for addresses incorrectly entered and subsequently shipped to the wrong location.

In-store pickup is available during regular business hours. Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed. You will receive an email notification once your order is ready for pickup.

Local delivery is available for those with a Grapevine, Southlake, Colleyville, Trophy Club, Roanoke, or Keller zip code. Standard local deliveries are made on Mondays and Tuesdays of each week for a $10 flat rate fee. Expedited deliveries are made within 24 hrs. for a $20 flat rate fee. Please leave a note at checkout letting us know where to leave your package—doorstep, mailbox, etc.

 

Returns

You may return most items within 10 days of delivery for a full refund in the form of Store Credit. Original tags must be attached, and the item(s) must be in their original condition—unaltered and unworn. 

Online purchases can be returned in-store or by mail. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. (Should the return be a result of our error (incorrect size, incorrect color, etc.) we will happily incur the return shipping costs.) We recommend utilizing a shipping carrier for returns that will provide a tracking number. Bliss Lifestyle is not responsible for return items that are lost, damaged, or stolen.  

For returns by mail, we will issue your Store Credit as quickly as possible. Receipt of your refund is dependent on the transit time for us to receive your package from the shipper and the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days). 

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond with further instructions within 1-2 business days.

Please note, the following items are not eligible for return: Pre-orders and pre-sales, reduced-price sale items, jewelry and accessories, and seasonal/holiday items.
